Store Manager

Keenan Recruitment is excited to announce our search for Store Managers across various locations on behalf of a well-known footwear brand. We are seeking individuals who are deeply passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, inspire and nurture their sales team, and efficiently manage a successful store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day retail operations, such as people management, training, sales, merchandising, key management, administrative tasks, banking, in alignment with company expectations.
  • Implementing and promoting the highest standards of customer service.
  • Driving sales performance targets and KPI’s, including Conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
  • Successfully meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with the Store Targets.
  • Guiding and developing the in-store team to ensure they are accountable for meeting performance objectives, managing sales revenue, inventory, conducting, streamlining operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Monitoring the Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and controlling all expenses for the store, including payroll.
  • Ensuring that appropriate stock management procedures are followed, encompassing stocktaking, deliveries, and loss prevention, among other aspects..
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and Merchandising team to ensure the store is consistently presented in the most attractive and up-to-date manner.
  • Assuming overall responsibility for Health and Safety as well as security matters within the store, in line with company procedures.

Ideal Candidate

  • Similar experience in a Store Manager role.
  • A strong commercial and operational perspective.
  • Previous experience in managing people. Demonstrated the ability to motivate, oversee, and develop employees and relationships across all organisational levels.
  • A strong commitment to delivering a customer experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Eager and self-driven.
